At Affinity Homes, we believe that leadership doesn’t stop at the jobsite, and no one embodies that more than Chuck and Sarah Neibert. This past year, the Neiberts have gone above and beyond to advocate for affordable housing, support technical education, and grow our local building community.

Sarah’s dedication to education doesn’t stop there; she’s attended multiple local high school career fairs and has designed materials for over 1,000 students at the annual Dozer Day Career Fair. It’s events like this that help spark interest in skilled trades and help young people explore real career pathways.

Leading the Industry with Heart

Chuck’s leadership in the building community and passion to give back to the next generation have not gone unnoticed. As the current past president and current executive board member of the Building Industry Association (BIA), Chuck has focused on increasing transparency and strengthening membership. Over the past two years, he has personally recruited 84 new members. His dedication earned him the top recruiter award in the state and trips to Las Vegas, Napa Valley, and Washington, D.C.

Advocating at the Highest Levels

Affordable housing has always been a core mission for the Neiberts. This year, they took their advocacy efforts to the national stage. Traveling to Washington, D.C., to meet Congress and the Senate members to push for realistic, people-first housing policies. At the state level, Chuck and Sarah also made their voices heard in Olympia, where they’ve continued to advocate for housing accessibility and speak out against unreasonable green policy mandates.

They stand firm in the fight for energy choice, advocating for the public’s right to vote on whether natural gas should remain available in our communities.
