The Newcomer is a Pacific Northwest Gable-style open concept luxury home with an integrated indoor and outdoor living space. It’s a one-of-a-kind custom home created for the family who loves to entertain and spend quality time together.

The mixed-clad exterior of this home blends the stunning textures of dry stack limestone, and clear vertical cedar, adding unique depth and character to this home’s design.

The grand entry and great room feature 14-ft ceilings, adding to the floor plan’s expansive wide-open feel.

An artistic geometric chandelier sets the tone for the interior design concept, containing a neutral color palette, mixed metals, and geometric patterns to create a chic, modern feel.

As you enter the great room, you’ll immediately notice a 192-bottle, custom-designed, temperature-controlled wine wall. It’s a beautiful statement piece for these savvy wine collectors. It’s also an intentional use of space, filling what could have been a void in the open design with something meaningful to our clients.

Prominently displayed in the kitchen is an impressive white Venetian plaster-finished range hood set against a backsplash of white textured porcelain tile. Black and white cabinetry with brushed gold antique fixtures complete the look of this modern farmhouse kitchen.

A stunning floor-to-ceiling two-tone finished gas fireplace is at the center of the living room. It’s a classic shiplap hearth with an elegant ribbon fireplace. It’s a soft yet warm design that invites you to curl up with a book or spend quality time with the family. It’s nothing less than what you’d expect at the heart of this home.

The living room joins seamlessly with the outdoor living area to allow natural light to pour in from the outdoors and to expand the space when entertaining large gatherings.

The generous outdoor lanai-styled outdoor space showcases a see-through dry-stacked limestone fireplace with two distinct sitting areas and access from the guest suite and living room.

Every family relies on pizza night for convenience. In this growing family, a built-in outdoor pizza oven and kegerator make the outdoor living space the perfect place for fun family nights or casual get-togethers.

Designed for privacy and a luxury calming escape after a hard day, the Owners Suite includes lush fabrics and textures with plush furnishings. We added velvet curtains to finish the space, making it a luxury hotel suite feel.

An impressive 8×6 oversized shower is the highlight of the primary bathroom. The addition of glistening, geometric ceramic tile, modern, Brizo fixtures, and a floating slab bench dress this spacious shower.
