Light spills in through glass doors adjoining the outdoor and indoor living areas, creating an uninterrupted transition between spaces when opened.

One of the highlights of this home is the kitchen area, featuring beautifully laid porcelain tile with a rustic finish that captures the essence of the interior design concept.

Pendant lights illuminate an oversized island that makes the perfect place for dining on the go or serving buffets when entertaining guests.

A formal dining area is at the center of this great room design, its placement reminding you of a time when seated family dining was an everyday occurrence.

Completing this home’s design is a private outdoor living area featuring a wood-burning fireplace with a built-in entertainment unit and an outdoor kitchen with a kegerator. For additional seating, we added a fire pit lounge area (not pictured) located in the grassy area of the backyard.

A temperature-controlled wine cellar sits perfectly underneath the stairwell. It’s an excellent use of space to showcase a beautiful wine collection and is a statement piece of this home.
